Spray antiaderente untar forma de muffins Coloque todos os ingredientes em um liquidificador  e bata até a aveia é suave. {Eu adicionei a aveia um copo de cada vez e misturado entre}  coloque a massa nas forma untada, e leve ao forno por 15-20 min, ou até palito saia limpo.

Been doing this for years! My mother taught it to me! Unopened can of sweetened condensed milk + 3 hours on low (completely submerged in water) in the crock pot + cool down in the fridge = Caramel! This is the best caramel I've ever had, let alone made! It's so easy! Need to try this! — Let cool before opening!
