Just 5lbs of fat looks like that? That's enough to motivate anyone to loose weight by eating healthy. >>>Healthy Eating Tip! Some foods hide fat - find out what types of foods those are and although you don't have to cut them out, just limit them! Even some healthy options that may include too much fat if eaten in abundance such as nuts (almonds are better then macadamias), mayonnaise, meat and avocados. If you are trying to lose weight, limit to just one or two of these per week.
When it comes to losing weight, everyone has an opinion about what works best. The truth is youll lose weight on any diet as long as you take in fewer calories than you burn. A lifestyle change for permanent weight loss is the answer. Change the way you think about the foods you eat so you make healthy choices. You can make any food taste delicious.
