Christmas Eve Creamy Crockpot Hot Chocolate - 1.5 cups heavy cream, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz), 2 cups milk chocolate chips, 6 cups of milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract. ~Did this and OH MY GOODNESS it was heaven! I did add about 2T of milk to the cup to cool it down right out of the crock pot and the milk helped cut some of the sweetness! Defiantly a go to for special events with Christmas. Also you can freeze the leftovers and it makes a really great ice cream!!~
