SESAME CHICKEN: 1 cup soy sauce, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp sesame seeds. DIRECTIONS: 1. Put all ingredients in freezer bags 2. Toss and knead bag so chicken gets covered evenly in sauce 3. Flatten bag and freeze TO SERVE: Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.

Preheat oven to 350. Mix 2c shredded chicken, 2c shredded cheese, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2c milk, 1/2c sour cream, can of drained rotel, & 1/2 pack taco seasoning. Grease casserole dish. Crush 1/2 bag doritos and place in bottom, top with mixture, crush a few doritos on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and diced tomatoes.
