Made this tonight and it was TDF! I couldn't find the honey roasted almonds, so I toasted plain, slivered almonds, and even reduced them to 1/4 C. I served it on a bed of baby spinach with homegrown tomato slices, apple slices, and whole wheat crackers by 34 degree. SCRUMPTIOUS!
Good Eats: 3 Busy Girl Breakfasts. 1 cup raw spinach 1 cup frozen peaches 1 cup frozen pineapples 1 teaspoon organic flax seed 1 teaspoon dried coconut flakes 1 teaspoon of your favorite protein powder ½ banana Instructions: Add spinach, peaches, banana, and pineapples to your blender. Add your flax seed and protein powder into the mix. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and enjoy!
