4 Green onions, sliced (1/4 cup), medium
1 cup Lettuce

1 16 ounce can El paso refried beans, Old


1 16 ounce jar El paso thick 'n chunky salsa, Old
1/4 cup Ripe olives

Baking & Spices

1 1 ounce package El paso 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix, Old


2 1/2 cups Tortilla chips


1 cup Cheddar or monterey jack cheese

This taco casserole makes for a super quick one-dish dinner! I pretty much followed the recipe, but used fresh salsa instead of store-bought, didn't include the chips on top and set out ALL the toppings to be used as garnishes. The best thing was I already had ALL these ingredients in my fridge and pantry!! Enjoy! -B.C.
