Caramel Glazed Apple Bread Bread: ■1 1/2 cups shredded apples ■1 cup brown sugar ■1/2 cup buttermilk ■1/2 cup vegetable oil ■4 eggs ■3 cups flour ■1/2 cup pecans ■2 tsp baking soda ■2 tsp cinnamon ■1tsp salt ■1 tsp nutmeg Glaze: ■2 tb butter or margar ■1/4 cup brown sugar ■1 tb milk ■1/2 cup powdered sugar Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottoms only of 2 (8×4-inch) loaf pans Bake 45 to 55 minutes

Quick bread Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cup warm water .45 oz fresh yeast 2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar Mix flour & salt; dissolve the sugar & yeast in 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Add to flour; using a fork. Sprinkle the dough w/ some flour, cover bowl & let rise for 1.5 h.Gently transfer the dough to a floured parchment paper then divide it in 3 equal parts. Put tray in oven, pour some water in pan & heat. Put bread tray in. Remove water after 10 min. Bake 25-30 min 450°

Make the night before, let it rise overnight & bake in the morning! recipe is super simple: 3 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt (the original recipe calls for 1 3/4 teaspoons salt, I found this made the bread too salty) 1/2 teaspoon yeast 1 1/2 cups water (adjust as needed, I had to use an additional splash to make it all moist)

Unbelievable bread made from only four ingredients and almost no work. You dump in the first three ingredients, add water, mix a bit, let sit overnight, then the next morning, you pretty much toss it in an oven-safe pot and bake. Voila.
