Core Killer Workout - YES definitely not as hard as I was expecting--I could do all 3 sets of 50 crunches without resting, which NEVER happens for me. Maybe I'm finally getting stronger--hopefully I wasn't doing them wrong. This was a short, 15ish minute workout and I think I'll do it again--the planks are still hard for me. I think I may have accidentally missed a set. I'll have to go remedy that! ;)
