Protien pancakes - I (rebecca) made these this morning - so filling. You can make any amount by just using equal parts cottage cheese, egg whites, and oats (add some cinnamon then blend) i used 1/2 cup of each and it was enough for both my husband and i. Topped with yogurt and backberries? YUM. Hannah Barkey - you should be all over this recipe!

Protein Pancakes: 1 cup oats 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup plain greek yogurt 1/3 cup milk 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, or honey 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Toppings: creamy peanut butter fruit maple syrup
