A Crowd Favorite: Feta Dip - from Clover Lane: I thought I’d share this awesome super easy no-cook appetizer that has always been a hit. This is that ONE recipe that I always get asked for the most. And it’s ridiculously, embarrassingly easy.
Made it and it's very Easy feta dip - olive oil, tomatoes, cucumber feta, & greek seasoning. Then serve with fresh baguette! ( I added chopped greek olives and cucumber w/ a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Also, I used pita chips.
I love me a Reuben. Reuben Dip Recipe from Family Circle. What happens when you mix the ingredients for a Reuben sandwich in a casserole? You wind up with this yummy hot dip. Serve the appetizer with rye crackers or party rye bread.
Mini Caprese Salad Bites: Cut out centers of cherry tomatoes, add basil leaf, cut mozzarella sticks into bite size and place on basil. Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar* ~ *sub w date vinegar or pom juice concentrate :)
Bakes zucchini fries and 'bloomin onion' dipping sauce. Substitute non-fat greek yogurt for the mayo. Made - Used mayo, although the greek yogurt might cut the sweetness, as the dip was a little too sweet. LOVED the zucchini as did Jake year old)
pear, prosciutto, goat cheese & honey - made these for Thanksgiving app. Good, but would have preferred a strong blue like Stilton - not a big fan of goat cheese. Would definitely make again with Blue.
