Lemon Pasta Salad - Made for dinner 8/11/13, added sauteed shallots, and meat from rotesserie chicken, Great summer meal and very versatile (could add asparagus, zucchini, etc... and would be excellent). Recipe says to make a day ahead and serve cold, but we ate it right after making and it was room temp and still very good.
