    Red Velvet Cake Dip RED VELVET CAKE BATTER DIP Makes approximately 2-1/2 cups Ingredients: 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 0% vanilla Chobani) 2/3 cups dry red velvet cake mix 2-3 Tbsp powdered sugar Directions: In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cake mix and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until well incorporated. If you prefer it to be sweeter add an additional tablespoon. Place in serving bowl and enjoy with shortbread or your favorite fruits

Into your blender or Vitamix, add all of the ingredients and blend until creamy.  Place in individual bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for a nice frozen treat.  Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
