From the author: "A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness. Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed."

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

If you don't have time to make it to the gym, try this circuit in your home!

"Get Fit For 2013: No-Excuses Workout: Drop the excuses: we've made a workout you can do anywhere. Torch calories and build some metabolism-boosting muscle with these body-weight exercises. Simply warm up, work out, and train your core, and you're done. by Fitsugar.com"

Holy galloping heart rate, Batman! I gave myself a 3 min break between circuits and had to build in a few 15 second breaks in the second circuit. Oh, and I had to do girl push ups. The goals are to get rid of the extra breaks, build the jump roping up to a minute and get to real push ups.

Here’s another bodyweight workout for your whole body! I didn’t have space to include a warm-up and cool-down, but they’re important too.
