    @Greenling.com - this is the simple recipe I use for canning Fredericksburg peach halves. You can add a cinnamon stick, star anise, ginger, bourbon...so many possibilities! The flavors would get stronger the longer the jar is sealed. I use a medium syrup and hot pack.
