2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies- I calculated these at 260 calories for 1/9 recipe- that's a substantial brownie dessert:) Read the description in the blog. . .the texture of these is VERY different than regular brownies- more dense, less cakey. But still moist and yummy! I didn't put the frosting on mine, trying to keep the calories down!
Browned Butter Pumpkin Blondies. With or without frosting these are so dense and chewy and delicious!!
Pumpkin Brownies ■Brownie Mix (18.9 ounce box of your favorite, I used triple chocolate) ■1 (15 ounce) can organic pumpkin pureé ■1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips How-To 1.Preheat the oven to 350F. 2.Cover a 6″x10″ (or 9″x9″) with parchment paper. Set aside. 3.Combine the brownie mix and the pumpkin. Pour into the baking dish. 4.Bake for 30-35 minutes.
