André Scherer. I love the loose form of the figure, and then the structure given by the black outline. I've seen this done by a local artist, and I am keen to give it a go.

iCanvas 'Tempest' by Loui Jover Painting Print on Wrapped Canvas

The eye is the organ of perception, and perception involves more than physical sight.

Francoise Nielly is an amazing artist. Her work is bold and dramatic in colour and texture. This is my all-time favourite painting but unfortunately it was sold to someone in Russia :-( She works from black and white photos and uses a bold colour range applied with a pallet knife. Each year she seems to intoduce a dominant colour from Yellows to Blues to Reds ...very cool work!
