Visual artist Jim Lambie is well-known for his colorful tape pattern arrangements on the floors of galleries and museums. He uses a simple material like vinyl tape to transform “a quiet gallery space into an energetic and emotional space of sensory pleasure. Lambie creates a rhythm that vibrates and pulsates, and even confuses and disorients the spectator.” Modern Interiors Design, Modern Home Design, Jim Lambi, Crinolin, Home Interiors Design, Floors Design, Jimlambi, Design Home, Houses Design

Hmmm, not sure about this concept (Jim Lambie's Floor Installations) for my home, but in the right setting it is an amazing idea. Perhaps a good project for the kids? Give them a ton of different colored rolls of duct tape and the basement floor and tell them, "Have at it"!
