This "I'm done..." board is a great way to remind students of their choices once they have completed the current activity. By having this posted as a bulletin board or poster within the room, students would have a visual reminder of the acceptable options they have while awaiting transition to the next activity. This procedure would help maintain order as well as keep faster students busy.
Labels Name: Denise Pannell School: Fairview Elementary Town: Sherwood State: Ohio mrspicassosartroo... I took photos of all the art supplies and labeled the boxes so that even the littlest artist can find what they need. The lids are color coordinated to match their tables.
FS1 This week we are learning to..... I'm having an aha moment. Years ago; when J. Hewitt came through our school, she recommended all teachers posting a poster outside the classroom door that identified the curriculum goals for children and adults alike, to read. I'm realizing that the WALT board was a beginning stage of the documentation process. I like the Reggio process much better - I understand the logic behind it better, and see how the children can truly use it.
