    Blueberry Vi-Pancakes Recipe is for 2-3 Pancakes 1/2 C Vi Shake Mix, 1/4 C Water, 1 Egg, 1/2 C Blueberries. Mix together Shake Mix, Water and Egg in mixing bowl. Stir in fruit, gently.
