1 Beet greens from beets
1 lb Beets, small
2 tbsp Cilantro
2 tsp Cumin coriander concoction, toasted
1 Dill, fresh sprigs
3 Garlic clove
1/4 cup Shallots or red onion
2 sprigs Thyme, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 dash Cayenne
1 tsp Coriander seeds
2 Salt and pepper

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
3 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Nuts & Seeds

1 tsp Cumin seeds

1 cup Greek yogurt, non-fat
