***Epsom Salt: Great for soaking in a bath or just soaking your feet. Healthier than bubbles or other soap products that may have chemicals. I've heard adding lemon juice to the bath is also beneficial. It's also a great moisturizing body, foot and lip scrub when mixed with Olive Oil.

Epsom salts in the soil for tomatoes and peppers. Add a Tablespoon or so in the soil when first planting and then sprinkle more into the soil when mature.
To Use: Apply 3 pounds of Epsom Salts for every 1,250 square feet with a spreader, or dilute in water and apply with a sprayer (use as a lawn fertilizer). Another recipe: 1 cup Espom Salts 1 cup Household Ammonia Combine ingredients in a clean jar. Mix 2 tablespoons of the mixture with 2 gallons of water in a watering can, and sprinkle over 150 to 200 square feet of turf.
