Asian-Style Brown Rice Salad in Orange Sesame-Soy Dressing Recipe ~ healthy, hearty and delicious!
EDAMAME SALAD 2 C. of edamame 2 T. of olive oil zest of a whole lemon juice of half a lemon salt/pepper Fresh parmesan (and/or feta cheese?) mint Part boil the edamame and drain (or thaw if frozen). Mix oil, zest, juice, salt and pepper. Add edamame to bowl and mix. To serve, add shaved cheese and roughly chopped mint.
