Pollo Asado - great flavor. The longer it marinades, the better. (serve with rice, beans and homemade salsa/guacamole!)

Carrot Cake ~ Pioneer Woman Pinner: "My daughter has made several things from Pioneer Woman's site - she loves her recipes." Think I may have to try this one day.

Homemade is best. Home grown then homemade is even better than best. Nothin funky in your food =perfection.

Restaurant style salsa - I made this the other night and it is incredible. It literally is just like the salsa you get in a Mexican restaurant. Soooo much better than the canned kind and really easy to make.

I have made this multiple times now and it is the most authentic restaurant style salsa I have ever had. It is delicious. You can definitely halve the recipe as it makes a lot.

Pioneer Woman - cherry crisps.. I used peaches, blackberries and raspberries in a 9X13. Easily the best crisp I've EVER had. oh my.

Salsa by Ree Drummond: Best Salsa EVER!!! Just made this for a work party 5/10/14. Major hit! Everyone loved it. I only used one can of Rotel and a whole onion. Everything else I left the same.

I'm what they call a salsa snob! I'm always on the hunt for a good salsa and this one may fit the bill!

Pioneer Woman: Three Cheese- Stuffed Shells with Meaty Tomato Sauce. I made these before and they are A-Mazing! I couldn't remember where I'd found the recipe, though, and need to pin it before I lose it again :-)
