Got to remember this: Apologizing: Does not always mean that you're wrong and the other person is right. It just means that you value your relationship more than your ego.

Someone else is happy with less than what you have. (Be thankful, for everything)

Need to remember this-------it's hard to remember when you have your head slammed into a wall over and over during a long weekend away, by a drunk who's arrogant, narcissistic, and thinks a good life is drinking a 12 pack of beer and smoking a pack of cigs every day!!! Some GREAT life, huh???

Love this...Yeeeeup pretty much sums up the secret to a life of joy no matter what your going thru!! I'm living proof it does work...Make God numero uno in every situation!!

"This is so true. So many women in today's society are downtrodden, beaten physically, mentally & emotionally. We need to get into the Bible, God's word & remind ourselves & others we were made perfect in His sight...♥"

Ahhhh!!! "You can love me more in a moment than others can in a lifetime...." Can't stop singing it.

worth quoting..."Somedays we could tightrope across Manhattan, and other days we are too weary to clean our teeth. This is Normal. This is Natural."

while I do agree with this, I believe said child(ten) will remember the feeling of being left out when say, a grandparent, buys more for the other grandchild and seems to forget the others or spends significantly less, very obviously less. That makes em feel like crap and way less important. Add in zero time spent with said child from grandparent and there ya go.

At any given moment, you have the power to say this is NOT how the story is going to end.

Words by which to live. I know a lot of people, including myself, who needs to let go of the past and focus in fixing the future. We're a family for a reason, cause we're the only ones that can make it work, if we work together.

Forgiveness. If you are angry, sin not. A lot of the times, we are chastised for anger, or for being uncharitable to others. Fair enough; that chastisement is deserved. But do we think enough about how holding onto anger and lack of charity hurts US by weighing down our souls? Think of forgiveness in terms of taking care of YOURSELF, too.

quote Life experiences will teach you this! So True! My daughter (23) always tells me I'm to quick to forgive! Forgive not forget - I can only control my own actions - not that of others! I can look myself in the mirror! :)
