Hamburger Soup - not bad. I didn't have Valveeta - and I think that would have improved it rather than the shredded cheese I put on top. Very creamy. I added chili flakes because I can't seem to eat soup if it's not spicy. Hearty, I didn't even have to add quinoa to get it the consistency I like.
