Japanese Ginger Dressing. I have made this exact recipe several times and it is SOOOO close to the awesome, thick, beautifully colored dressing at sushi houses and hibachi grilles! I had to share!

Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup minced onion 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup vinegar 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons lemon zest 4 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root (scrape the skin off) 2 tablespoons minced celery 2 tablespoons ketchup 4 teaspoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons white sugar 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
