Mix together 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp. ginger powder and 1/4 c. aminos and add. Stir in 6 c. shredded cabbage. Cook for a few minutes, stirring often. Add 1 c. shredded carrots and cook another few minutes. Turn off heat, Add 2 finely chopped gr. onion stalks, and salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
