    Dark, leafy greens have many health benefits and are very low in calories. Try this easy recipe for Rainbow Swiss Chard! Ingredients: 1 pound rainbow Swiss chard; 2 cloves garlic, chopped; 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes; 2 teaspoons olive oil; pepper to taste. Instructions: Heat oil over medium heat & sautee garlic & red pepper. Chop the chard stems & add to oil. Add a drop of water & cook covered 4-5 minutes. Chop the leaves & add to pan. Cook until just wilted. Season with pepper. Enjoy!
