Bean forts are easy to grow and maintain. You can even enlist your youngsters to help with the construction! The finished product offers children opportunities to gather in the edible environment and have a sense of privacy that is safe because adults are able to see inside or even join the group.

Great idea for beans! You can pick inside and out - the shade created inside would be a perfect place to sow salad crops.
