      spinach & artichoke baked pasta There wasn't much to this.. It was pretty easy, but it didn't taste like much. I'd say if you wanted to make this, do it with some mild or spicy sausage.. That may do the trick! We won't be eating it again though... There are so many other really good recipes out there!

Great idea for having people over for casual dinner. -1 Box Shells or Orchiette Pasta -1 Cup of Chopped Onion -3 Cloves of Garlic ( Minced) -1 Cup of Sour Cream -4 oz of Cream Cheese ( Room Temperature) -3/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese -1 teaspoon Lemon Juice + Zest -10 Oz of Spinach ( Make sure to squeeze excess moisture, after it has been thawed of course) -1 Can of Artichoke Hearts rinsed and chopped -1 Cup of Mozzarella

      Spinach and Artichoke Baked Pasta. Mix together: Recipe QUICK from DdO:) - In glass dish, MIX: Jar of white Alfredo Sauce, cooked 1 pound (dry) noodles, drained cooked and chopped pkg frozen spinach, 2 cans drained mushrooms, optionally a small pkg artichokes or chestnuts - sliced. Top with a white cheese that melts, like mozzarella. Bake until browned, about 20 min. Also good with chopped green peppers or pimentos.

    Rita's Spinach Casserole NOTE: I debated on whether this should go in healthy eats. Then decided it IS pretty healthy and also ground turkey, plain greek yogurt, and whole wheat/whole grain pasta can be substituted. I will also add garlic, onion, and more Italian spices when I make it, and probably additional tomato sauce.
