MedicAlert® + Alzheimer's Association Safe Return® is a 24-hour nationwide emergency response service for individuals with Alzheimer's. If an individual with Alzheimer's wanders and becomes lost, caregivers can call to report it. A community support network will be activated. Critical medical information will be provided to emergency responders if needed. Whoever finds the person with dementia calls the number on the ID jewelry. We will notify the contact and make sure the person gets home
