Woven tie seat chair. Fun!

Hand-woven necktie chair/rocker. Could use this idea to reweave g-g-father's chair or my porch rocker. Maybe with heavy canvas or denim though.

Missionary tie quilt. I remember making a Tie quilt with my grandmother. It was fun (as well as a pain in the butt) to remove the stuffing out of each tie.

Silk tie quilt, Dresden plate design, at Quilted Artistry. "The ties were wonderful -- they dealt with trains, planes, boats, motorized vehicles."
