Love taste of home!!!!! Taco Salad. I didn't add olives because I don't like them, but substituted a can of corn & a can of black beans. I also used a full bag of cheese vs. a cup. To keep things from getting soggy, I kept the meat/bean mixture in one container, the lettuce/cheese in another, and the rest of the ingredients in 3rd container.

Salad - Penne Fresca Salad - 1lb penne or ziti – ½ pint container grape tomatoes – ½ cup sun dried tomatoes – ½ lb celingini (small mozzarella balls) – 1 large handful of baby arugula – ½ cup sliced garlic – 2 tbsp of olive oil – ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper to taste
