    1/9/14 - Recipe #8 - Chicken, Spinach, Pasta bake- I wasn't sure, despite the good reviews, how this would be but we loved it. I made it exactly as written. It helps to have already cooked the chicken breast (which I did last night). It made enough for a second night. A keeper.
