    Clean Eating Country Potatoes (Makes approximately 8 servings) Ingredients 4 medium russet potatoes 1 large, red onion, diced 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. onion powder 2 tsp. marjoram (optional) 1 tbsp. Olive oil + extra if needed. Directions Step 1 – Saute the onion in olive oil until it becomes translucent. Step 2 – Add all other ingredients to the pan and cover with a lid, keeping the heat at medium. Step 3 – Stir often, and cook until the potatoes are soft. Step 4 – Salt and pepper to taste Eat and Enjoy!
