You don't have to sew to play with fabric. This tutorial will teach you how to cover canvas to make instant artwork.

Ohh, I am going to take this idea and tweek it to become 'initial' statement piece Shariene wants for her house! C in the center, m & d's initials one side, kids initials on the other side! ssCkl - this could work!!! and I'll use a drop cloth - so much cheaper! Cannot wait!

Scripture Canvas. My sister could make something like this. Her hand writing is very similar

I did 3 of these in orange as an accent for Malory's room (walls are gray with a teal stripe around the room). I used PAPER doileis. They turned out so cute. I used tape to hole the doilies in place and then sprayed them. The paint does get under the doiley a little and makes it look a little fuzzy but I think that it gives it character and dimension. SO CUTE, EASY and CHEAP!

I found an old frame at a thrift store for my project. And I ordered my prints from Foxgram was inexpensive and provided (really) fast shipping.

Print out photos from your home computer and mod podge onto canvas boards. The texture will make them look like they were printed on canvas!

Does it have to be photo paper?

Love the look of this . Tfs

It does not have to be photo paper. The only thing, regular paper can bubble a little however, it is easily flattened using a roller over the pictures while the mod podge is still soft under the picture or pictures.

I make these all the time and I use a painter scraper to smoothe out any bubbles from under the photo:)

This would be a good way to get rid of all the old magazines I have around the house and also help decorate. Two birds, one stone people.

For books that have fallen apart! Modge Podge on this idea!
