    Mod Podge Recipe Mix 3 parts white glue with 1 part water. ( (like Elmers -but use permanent, not washable) Add more water if needed tomake a runny paint like consistency. It will look a little filmy when you put it on, but it will dry clear. Make sure and let it dry in between coats.

    decoupage: I have a vintage wooden child's rocking chair. I love that its vintage all the stories it knows, all the babies it's rocked .... But it's UGLY I haven't done anything with it because just painting it didn't seem enough. I thought I might as well leave it original if that's all I could come up with. This is the perfect solution. I'm going to have the best before and after pictures. :)
