engaging, touching, funny and intriguing. Stuart Horten is our main character who embarks on a strange adventure, a quest to find his great - uncles's long lost workshop full of wonderful things to do with magic. Delightful little book for younger readers but will also captivate older readers too. Shortlisted for the CILIP 2012 Carnegie Medal.

Some of us were lucky enough to see the mesmerising theatre production by Filament at Greenwich Theatre. Momo - Michael Ende; J.Maxwell Brownjohn; | Foyles Bookstore

We read the book, and then we went to see the play! This was the National Theatre's Christmas production last year (2013). A classic, and a translation, this was a challenging read for some, but we all liked the idea of a group of friends working together to stop the baddie ... Emil and the Detectives - Erich Kastner; | Foyles Bookstore
