Mexican Stuffed Shells - these stuffed shells are a great twist on traditional mexican food. Shells filled with a ground beef and cream cheese mixture, cooked in a bath of enchilada sauce and salsa topped with cheddar cheese.
BURRITO CASSEROLE 1 lb ground beef 1/2 onion, diced 1 (1.25 oz) pckg taco seasoning 6 flour tortillas 1 (16oz) can refried beans 2-3 C shredded sharp cheddar 1 can crm of mushroom soup 4 oz sour cream Preheat oven to 350 deg. In skillet brown meat w/onion. Drain. Add & beans. In bowl combine soup & sour cream. Spread half of cream mixture in baking dish. Tear up 3 tortillas, place them on cream mixture. Put half of meat mix over tortillas. Top with half of cheese. Repeat. bake 20-30 min
