The Omnivore’s Dilemma - a natural history of four meals. I'm reading this now!

The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan will potentially change your diet, shopping habits, and thought processes about food. This book doesn't provide simple answers, but rather complicates your thinking in productive ways. Pollen follows three food chains (industrial, organic, food we gather or grow) from their sources to a final meal. Taken as a whole, it shows the personal, political, economic, and health implications of our food choices. I read this 5 years ago, and it still impacts me.
