Cheesy Sweet Potato Crisps. Low Cal! 2 peeled & grated sweet potatoes; 1/2 cup liquid egg whites; 1 cup Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp rosemary; 1/4 tsp pepper. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Squeeze the moisture from grated potato. The more you remove, the crispier they get in the oven. Place in bowl. Add other ingredients. Mix til combined. Use a scoop to make chips, press as thin as possible. Repeat. Bake for 25-30 mins or til chips dark around the edges & crispy.
