Hawaiian Coconut Pancake Syrup Recipe - Whisk together (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk and 2 tablespoons cornstarch until smooth. Add in 2 cups light corn syrup, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut. Bring to rolling boil. Cool a little and serve over macadamia nut or fresh banana pancakes.
