After some much hype, I finally read it. It was not bad, however, unless you are commanding a brigade in battle, somewhere along the Andes, I am not sure how useful this can be. I get all the metaphors and parables. I understand how to relate them to everyday life, but I feel that folks were over reaching with this one.
