I made this for Christmas and it was wonderful. Bûche de Noël (Yule Log Cake with Coffee Buttercream and Ganache) I got the recipe from the Saveur Magazine Dec 2011 I Believe. The flavor was out of this world.

I modified this recipe to be a pina colada cake by replacing the oil with pinapple puree and frosting it with a pinapple buttercream. So good!
