    GNC Total Lean™ Lean Shake™ - 3 a day for 5 days. Ate a little applesause one day, and some popcorn, but other than that, it was all the shakes, and I dropped 5 lbs.....ugh. BUT I wasnt hungry, and they do taste good. Now time to go to 2 a day and a meal. Maybe my body will respond better to that? I have friends that have lost a lot of weight over the past year or so, and I will take any advise they want to give. Recipes or other things that have keep you focused on getting healthier!

Compression Sleeves - I wear these in 99% of my workouts. Both in the gym and on long runs. Keeps blood flow in your arms.

Garmin GPS Watches. Heartbeat, distance, calorie count, everything. You can print out your results and path too. I love their watches for endurance training on bike, run, and water. The 910XT comes out in a few weeks, can't wait.

If you're working out for long periods of time, i definitely recommend these. I use them in my triathlon training. My Favorite is the Vanilla and the Blueberry Pomegranate.
