Quinoa Lettuce wraps... Kate Carlson ... you're making me make these.

Delicious quick recipe for a fibre, antioxidant and protein rich breakfast (quinoa contains 12-18%)

Shrimp Salad 8-oz pkg frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and drained 6-oz can lump crabmeat, drained and picked 1 large hard-cooked egg, grated 1/4 c chopped celery 2 tbs minced green onion 2 tsp dried dill weed 1/4 tsp salt 4 tbs mayonnaise 3 tbs sour cream

Salad cups with quinoa, shrimp, avocado and lemon dressing - *Not sure if I would put shrimp in it or not, but love the recipe idea.

Lemon-Rucola-Shrimp Spaghetti. Searched for recipe with no luck, but I'm guessing that you need to saute the shrimp, boil the spaghetti, mix them together with rucola (arugala) and olive oil, squeeze lemon, add salt & pepper and eat! :)
