30-DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE Squat Circuit Challenge: 4 Weeks to 200 Squats... Always looking for target workouts to do with daily cardio, looks like a fun challenge!

30 Day Squats Challenge...my plan is to alternate between using 20 lbs for the squats and using 8 lb dumbbells to work my arms as well. Maybe if my arms are burning too, it will distract me from how much my legs and butt hurts!
