1/4 cup Pickled pepperoncini
2 Red and/or yellow bell peppers
16 Sage, fresh leaves

2/3 cup Chicken broth, low-sodium
2 tbsp Tomato paste

I pretty much followed the recipe to a T, except I would recommend adding a lot more garlic to the potatoes,and more buttermilk. I also added a slash of apple cider vinegar when adding the apple cider. The pork turned out just perfect.
