3/4 lb Cipollini onions
1 Fennel, bulb

1 lb Heirloom tomatoes, assorted small
1 Lemon, Zest and juice of
2 sprigs Oregano, fresh
2 cups Parsley, fresh


3 tbsp Brine-packed capers

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

2 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

4 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
1/4 cup White wine vinegar
