Corn and Tomato Soup recipe from Giada De Laurentiis via Food Network. Easy to assemble, but otherwise it turned out to be a complete disaster for me. Instead of fresh basil, I used dried basil and it was incredibly overpowering. I dumped all the chicken broth I had into it and it was still too much basil. I wouldn't make this again
Roasted boneless leg of lamb. Used the bit for the rub/coating (pre-cooking the garlic in olive oil on low heat for about 10 minutes first, and used a food processor for the mixing to really blend it/chop it well), cooked it at 400 for 20 min per lb. instead of the 375 recommended here. Fab.
