1 1/3 lbs Lamb cutlets, boneless


1 10-ounce package Button mushrooms, white
1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Lemon, zest
1 tbsp Oregano, fresh leaves
1 Red bell pepper, whole roasted
1 Yellow onion, large


2 tsp Capers
1/2 cup Green olives, pitted large

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil


1 Rice pilaf

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 cup White wine, dry
